Sri Lanka agree to play only T20 in Lahore

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has consented to send its team to Lahore for the third and last T20 against Pakistan on October 29,




According to media reports, refering to sources the choice came after a meeting between Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB boss Najam Sethi with SLC authorities amid the ICC executive meeting, where the Lankan authorities affirmed that the team will visit Pakistan for the last T20, planned to be held at Gaddafi Stadium.




PCB authorities additionally had a productive meeting with their partners from the West Indian cricket board, who guaranteed of the team visit to Pakistan in November. West Indies will play three T20s in Pakistan, the sources included.


It is pertinent to inform that Pakistan successfully hosted the Independence Cup, featuring the ICC World XI and PSL final earlier this year.
